Shipping policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship within forty-eight (48) hours, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive but will make every effort to work with you to insure satisfaction with our delivery.

During times of high volume activity (example, a new RuppsWorld.com Exclusive) there can be expected delays of more than the normal 48-hour turnaround time.
Make note of when an item is a Pre-Order vs a in-stock and ready to ship item, this will affect when an order is processed.
